No, you are not the only one that feels that way! Apparently she is an expert on everything from her "A New Earth" religion to presidents. She has an almost cult like following. I guess because she is wealthy and has had success, people think she is knowledgable on ALL levels. I'm not impressed....
I think Oprah's worse. In addition to his counseling, Dr. Phil has weighed in on the diet wars (pun intended), but Oprah's all over the place--religion, spirituality, diet & exercise, health, politics, relationships, home decorating, what to buy, what to read, foreign affairs, entertainment, education . . . have I forgotten anything?
To tell the truth, I don't watch either one very much. But I have to admit, I do love it when Dr. Phil gets up in somebody's face and tells it like it is. I'm big on personal responsibility.
